Request The Pass
Assigned Passenger must complete a Service Pass Form to request an Assigned Driver.
(Filling in accurate information will ensure an error-free journey.)
Second Step
Wait For Approval
The available driver approves the pass before they are assigned to passengers.
A request for an early pick-up time may be sent for Shuttle Services.
Final Step
Start The Course
The Assigned Driver is aware of the scheduled time, location, and set transportation rate preferred following each specified request of the pass.

Booking Steps
Assigned Driver will transport Assigned Passenger from their starting location to any destination following each option of their request.
One Destination
First step
Option A:
Assigned driver can drop off Assigned Passenger at their requested destination to complete the service.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can wait less than five minutes at the requested destination location to complete the Round Trip.
Option C:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger and return at a later time (or Substitute Assigned Driver would come back) to complete the Round Trip.
Final Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver will complete the Round Trip after Assigned Passenger has returned into their vehicle.
Two Destinations
First Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver can wait less than five minutes at the requested destination location then continue service when Assigned Passenger has entered their vehicle.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger and return at a later time (or Substitute Assigned Driver would come back) to continue the service.
When Assigned Passenger finishes their occupancy at the first requested destination location and has returned into Assigned Driver’s/Substitute Driver’s vehicle, the present driver would continue the service.
Second Step
3. Passenger Returns
Option A:
Assigned Driver can transport Assigned Passenger to the second requested destination to continue the service.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can transport Assigned Passenger back to the starting location to continue the service.
*After Assigned Passenger finishes their occupancy at the starting location and has returned into Assigned Driver’s/Substitute Driver’s vehicle, the present driver would then transport Assigned Passenger to their second destination.
Third Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger at the second requested destination to complete the service.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can wait less than five minutes at the second requested destination for a Round Trip or proceed to additional requested destination(s) scheduled.
Option C:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger at the second requested destination, then come back a later time (or Substitute Driver would come back) to pick up Assigned Passenger at the second requested destination location for a Round Trip or proceed to additional requested destination(s) scheduled.
Fourth Step
Option A:
The present Assigned Driver could then transport Assigned Passenger back to their starting location to complete the Round Trip.
Option B:
The present Assigned Driver could transport Assigned Passenger to additional requested destination(s) scheduled until the service is complete.
