Delivery Service Process
Step 1
Recipient reserves a Delivery Service Pass.
Step 2
Quruz reaches out to drivers then see who can pick up and drop off merchandise for Recipient.
Step 3
Driver accepts.
Step 4
Recipient orders merchandise then contact Quruz to show receipt displaying time, date, and items that needs delivered.
If your i.d. needs to be presented to pick up items, we may not be able to complete your request.
Step 5
Quruz sends an invoice to Assigned Recipient before driver is assigned.
Step 6
Driver receives notification that the order has been placed and is aware of the pass details.
Step 7
Driver completes the pass.
Delivery Process
Assigned Driver will transport Assigned Recipient's merchandise from their starting location to any destination following each option of their plan.
Delivery Service
First step
Option A:
Assigned Driver will pick up merchandise at a legal business address provided by Assigned Recipient then transport the merchandise to Assigned Recipient’s requested destination.
Delivery Service & Ride
First Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver will pick up merchandise at a legal business address provided by Assigned Recipient then transport the merchandise to Assigned Recipient’s requested destination.
When Assigned Recipient finishes their occupancy at the requested destination and has returned into Assigned Driver’s vehicle, the Assigned Driver then transports Assigned Recipient (Assigned Passenger now) to the second requested destination.
Second Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger at the second requested destination to complete the trip.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can transport Assigned Passenger to the second requested destination, and wait for Assigned Passenger to return into the vehicle before continuing service.
Option C:
Assigned Driver can transport Assigned Passenger to the second requested destination, then come back at a later time (or Substitute Assigned Driver would come back) to the second requested destination to continue service.
Third Step
Option A:
Assigned Driver can drop off Assigned Passenger back to the first requested destination to complete the service.
Option B:
Assigned Driver can transport Assigned Passenger to additional requested destination(s) scheduled until service is complete.
