Pass background check, and driving record check.

Retrieve a medical physical (after your driver application is approved) to be legally permitted to operate as a commercial driver.
Operation Needs:

Must be available to provide cargo service in Ohio locations only.

At least 20 years old, with two years registered driving experience. (18 & 19 years old are acceptable with two years registered driving experience and have gained 1+ year(s) experience as a cargo service driver.)

Present complete up-to-date vehicle inspection (no more than 30 days old).

Have an active Android 4.0.3 or newer, or iOS 8 or newer device; with live and stable internet connection.

Have access to a reliable vehicle, preferably newer than a 2005 model (in good condition, no mechanical issue at all). Suicide doors are prohibited.

Present clear, well-focused icon photo only displaying both shoulders and full face. No driver's license, identification card, or other printed image can be used. (Could have a forward-facing cap but no sunglasses.)
